On-Site Repair

If you live or work around San Diego and break your iPhone, iPad, or Samsung Galaxy, our repair techs can come to you for a quick repair.  This is the perfect repair service for the stay-at-home mother, work-at-home freelancer or office professional that depends on their smartphone or tablet.  Fill out the form on this page or call us and we’ll get back to you ASAP.

Mail-In Repair

If you live outside San Diego and don’t have a reputable repair shop nearby, you can mail your device to us to fix.  Simply fill out the form on this page, then follow the mail-in directions.  You can also use this option (or our on-site repair) if you live in San Diego and don’t have time to come to us.

  • Step 1: Complete Form on this Page: First thing’s first.  Fill out the form on this page, submit it, and we’ll respond to you with an RA number and any other necessary information.
  • Step 2: Back Up Device and Ship: Before shipping, back up any important files, if you’re able to.  When ready, package your device tightly in a small box with your RA number and ship to our San Diego Location.
  • Step 3: Pay and Receive: We’ll notify you when your device is fixed and request payment.  Once paid, we ship your repaired device back to you promptly.
